Meet Abbey, our Director of Marketing at Super Suds! She oversees all things marketing, sales, and advertising — a role that definitely keeps her on her toes. No two days are ever the same in her world, and that’s exactly how she likes it! Abbey’s favorite part of the job is getting to blend her business mindset with her creative side, bringing fresh ideas and strategy together to help Super Suds shine. Outside of work, Abbey loves traveling and exploring new places, listening to the latest hits, playing volleyball, and getting lost in a good book. We’re lucky to have her passion, creativity, and drive on our team!

Meet Andrew, a valued member of the Super Suds team since 2021! While Andrew works part-time helping keep our washes sparkling, he also lends a hand with customer service calls whenever needed. His favorite part of the job? Being part of such a great team, he truly enjoys working alongside his co-workers and connecting with customers. Andrew brings a variety of skills to the team, but what really stands out is his empathy. He shines when helping others, and customers love chatting with him! Outside of work, Andrew enjoys traveling, collecting sports cards, and hitting the golf course. Next time you speak with him, ask about his latest adventure — he’s always got a story to share!

Cody comes to us from Dorset, Ohio, and has been part of the Super Suds team for about five years. He’s passionate about cars, trucks, and all things tech — especially smart home gadgets and systems. Cody enjoys that every day at the wash brings something new to learn, keeping things interesting and always challenging him to grow his skills. His curiosity and dedication help keep our washes running smoothly and efficiently. Outside of work, Cody has a unique talent — he can sew, both by hand and with an industrial machine! We’re lucky to have someone as skilled, hardworking, and inventive as Cody on the Super Suds Ohio team!

Meet Derek, our IT Specialist here at Super Suds! Since 2018, Derek has been the go-to expert for all things technology — keeping our systems running smoothly and troubleshooting issues wherever needed. His skill set is vital to keeping operations efficient and our team supported day in and day out. When he’s off the clock, Derek enjoys spending his weekends bird-watching, indulging in ice cream, and hitting the track to race his Subaru whenever he gets the chance. Fun fact: he’s also a huge mac ’n’ cheese enthusiast — the kind of love where he could eat it every day! We’re grateful to have Derek on the Super Suds team, bringing not only his technical expertise but also a great sense of humor and passion for what he does.

Say hello to Evan, one of our valued technicians here on the Super Suds team! Since joining us in 2021, Evan has been a key part of our crew, taking great care of his assigned washes and keeping things running smoothly. He loves working outdoors and thrives on the variety and new challenges each day brings. When he’s not at the wash, Evan enjoys tackling projects around the house and immersing himself in epic adventures — Lord of the Rings is one of his all-time favorite movies! Friendly and approachable, Evan is a familiar smile you’ll see at our locations, so be sure to give him a wave the next time you stop by.

Meet Hank, a valued member of the Super Suds team! Hank has been with Super Suds since May 2021 as a part-time technician, bringing his dedication and experience to every shift. He’s an avid fantasy sports player, following football, basketball, and baseball, and also enjoys fishing and hitting the golf course whenever he can. Hank loves starting his mornings at the car wash, enjoying the peaceful quiet while getting the cleaning done right. A fun fact: over 50 years ago, he pitched 24 consecutive wins across three seasons for the Jamestown Redbirds baseball club — now that’s legendary! We’re grateful to have Hank’s knowledge, passion, and easygoing spirit on the Super Suds team.

Meet Jack, our Lead Customer Service Representative at Super Suds! Since joining the team in October 2024, Jake has become a familiar and friendly face around the wash, always ready to help customers leave with a spotless car and a smile. Outside of work, he enjoys playing music, collecting records, and skateboarding. Jack’s favorite part of the job is that no day is ever the same — there’s always something new to tackle. Fun fact: he’s also a big hockey fan, so don’t be surprised if you catch him chatting about the latest game.

Meet John, our very first full-time employee and a true cornerstone of the Super Suds team! From the very beginning, John has been out in the field every day, taking care of his assigned washes, keeping everything clean, maintained, and running smoothly — a vital role in the car wash world. Outside of Super Suds, John is just as hardworking, dedicating his time to farming during the season. His dedication, experience, and strong work ethic make him an invaluable part of our crew. Next time you’re at one of our locations, be sure to give John a wave!

With our team taking on new projects every day, that’s one of Mike’s favorite parts about working at Super Suds — no two days are ever the same! Mike is a true family man who values spending time with friends and loved ones outside of work. When he’s not at the wash, you can often find him tending to his garden, one of his favorite hobbies. His strong dedication and willingness to lend a hand wherever needed make him an invaluable part of our crew. And when it’s time to relax? You’ll probably catch him watching Shrek — because who doesn’t love Shrek, right? We’re grateful to have Mike, along with all our amazing team members, who each bring their own unique skills and personality to make Super Suds Ohio such a special place.

Born and raised in Warren, Ohio, and now lives in Cortland. Ron joined Super Suds in May of 2021 and has been a valued part of the team ever since! Ron enjoys golfing, visiting casinos, and watching just about any sport — especially Ohio State Buckeye football. He also loves spending time at his condominium in Calabash, North Carolina. A true early bird, Ron starts his days before sunrise — often getting to work by 5:30 AM! He says he loves that the job keeps him active and that working with the Super Suds team makes every day enjoyable.

Meet Ryan, a valued technician of the Super Suds team! Ryan has been with us for a year and a half, bringing his problem-solving skills and hands-on expertise to keep things running smoothly. A natural fixer, he thrives on tackling challenges and finding solutions wherever needed. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids, hobby farming, riding dirt bikes, and playing hockey. He also proudly served for over 20 years in the United States Coast Guard, performing Search and Rescue operations — a testament to his dedication, skill, and calm-under-pressure mindset. We’re lucky to have Ryan’s experience, work ethic, and positive energy on our team!

Meet Tom, a dedicated part-time member of the Super Suds Ohio team for the past three years! Tom’s favorite part of the job is the people he gets to work with every day — being part of a great team makes all the difference. When he’s not at Super Suds, Tom loves spending time outdoors with activities like camping, kayaking, and even the occasional whitewater rafting adventure. In the winter, you’ll likely find him hitting the slopes for some downhill skiing. Tom brings a friendly attitude and positive energy to every shift, making him a valued member of our crew!
